STRETCH

This class is designed to teach athletes important techniques needed to create flexibility necessary to perform desired skills. The expectation is that your athlete learn these techniques and execute them consistently (at least 3 days a week outside of the class time). This class is not just for flyers. Every athlete can benefit from added flexibility and strength promoting a reduction in injuries.

JUMPS

This class is designed to focus on proper technique needed to execute the variety of jumps performed by rec, school or all-star cheer squads. This class is coached by skilled athletes who perform the best jumps in the gym passing along techniques to improve strength, power and flexibility. STUNT

This class is for flyers, bases, and back spots. Athletes work on advanced stunting, and coaches focus on proper technique and execution.
